Pros

- Great Benefits (health insurance, 401K matching, paid leave) - Great Environment (Fun environment!)

Cons

The pay is not the best in the business. Also, the hours worked can be long during the busier weeks (Summer).

Pros

You'll have access to resources, a lot of responsibility in the short term, and access to upper level management meaning you will sink or swim pretty quickly.

Cons

You will probably receive little to no raise over your time there. The bonus has not paid out over 5 years. The 401k match takes three years to vest, and your LTI will not vest for five years. Coupled with the average life tenure of 2 years, you will always leave money on the table. There is no accountability at the upper management level. Lower tier employees are always blamed for mistakes and failures, even with the direction set by management. The company constantly cuts people, without replacing them. So, don't be surprised that you're doing the work of two or three people (and see two paragraphs up on compensation). The company will attempt to put happy hour after happy hour on to improve morale, but it's all pointless when you're trying to finish your work so you can go home. There are worse places to work, and if you can make it the 5 years, the rewards are worth it. You just have to put up with a lot of pain to get it.
