Pros

Worked in the QC lab, Varied work assignments, minimum of two cases of beer per month, great location. excellent benefits

Cons

If you are other than management you have to join the Teamsters Union. The Union protects the sick, lame and lazy and provide a disincentive to go above and beyond your duties. The company also needs a management development program because some of the managers are clueless.

Cons

quality of the product has gone down in recent years due to cost cutting, too many positions have been made redundant due to automation

Pros

No limit on quick upward movement. Encourages and forces you to stretch yourself. Great fun, young, and open culture.

Cons

If you do not thrive in high stress, high-paced, results based settings then you will fail.
