      Free beer helps! Everyone who works there is motivated, professional, and personable. Ownership and growth is encouraged. The benefits and compensation package is generous and exceeds necessity.

      Cons

      In a workplace where everyone is working to get ahead and meet individual KPIs, there is a lack of teamwork across departments and often a rush to production or cut-corners on quality in reference to technologies. In addition, be prepared to work long hours and be someone who checks your email nonstop.
