Pros

Before the sale to InBev there was a great camaraderie and felt like family. Not to mention the two cases of beer a month.

Cons

Advancement took a long time because management did not leave their positions. So you could be waiting a while to move up.

Expect to relocate often. This can also be viewed as an opportunity considering relocation is usually accompanied by advancement. Be flexible.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. I meet great people everyday! Working for a beer company is an interesting experience. Everyone at this company has a passion for great beer and we all work very hard to make some brilliant beer. If you work hard and like to enjoy yourself this company is the place to be!

Cons

Since it is a large company, there is a structured on-boarding process and safety process.
