Pros

Free beer, car and gas.

Cons

This place has taken a hard 90 degree turn in the wrong direction. Volume and share are declining and the talent and experience is leaving at a rapid pace. A true M and A company.

Pros

If you enjoy the beer industry there can be some good perks depending on where you are in the company.

Cons

No opportunity for growth and extremely low pay. Lied a lot in the interview about career path and what the job actually entailed. While they appear picky about who they hire, it seems they just take advantage of those qualified employees once they get in the door.

Pros

If you like beer, there is no company that can match Anheuser-Busch in terms of work life balance, compensation, and company culture.

Cons

Not a company that you can clock-in and clock-out. The culture demands hard work, adapting to change, and results. That is only a "Con" for some people. If you don't like beer, don't come work for a beer company.
