      Pros

      Who doesn't know A-B? It is fun to work for a company that everyone you talk to is interested in.

      Cons

      Some corporate BS. The brewing department is a giant clique and you have to break in to the clique to get noticed. You either move up fast or don't move up at all. Also, to advance, you are expected to bounce around from brewery to brewery.
