Pros

You will be challenged to learn new parts of the business which keeps you interested. Most of the people are excellent to work with.

Cons

Salary and benefits are continually being degraded. Unrealistic goals are set for individuals and the company to earn bonus. One corporate goal is to eliminate a percentage of employees each year to cut budget expenses. Every dollar possible is drained from the US to buy more companies to the detriment of the US business employees.
