      Lots of responsibility Decent pay Selling Beer...what could be better

      Cons

      High expectations, yet no resources to make it happen Brutal work regime...12 - 15 hour days No longer focused on quality Top guys make big money on short term moves and leave problems to those that follow

      Pros

      Great heritage of products and there are some really great people. Very challenging but rewarded if you can keep up and exceed targets and impress management.

      Cons

      Very over worked and metric driven. High turnover. Old sense of pride is slowly evaporating as the new culture is taking over. The work live balance is not there and there are still clock watchers. Not about output, but more about 'playing the game'.
