      Pros

      Excellent Pay Great opportunities, especially for college students and gradutes Great interning opprtunities for students Good Benefits Structured work environment Great co-workers and good teamwork. Cooperative management

      Cons

      The only downside is the InBev takeover. InBev's corporate structure and management style is night and day tcompared to the family environment the Busch's created. Management is now very ridgid.
