      Global Brand Awareness Multiple locations in US to work Eco Conscious Company

      Cons

      Lack of respect to employees not in top 1% mgt team Cost cutting at the expense of employees fueled record global profits from which only top 1% receive bonus

      The years prior to the takeover by Inbev were marked by a sense of pride and enthusiasm. Now the team is non existent.

      Pros

      Prior to the Inbev takeover , the best reason to work at AB would be its commitment to being world class in all of its operations. Its desire to be number 1 and its talented team of workers.

      Cons

      Now it is a world class company in decline. The senior management will hopefully wake up and realise that they bought a company that was number 1 for a reason. They removed all those reasons. Thousands of employees!!

      Pros

      Since drama surrounding the merger has died down, AB has truly become a place you can come and thrive if you're high energy and ready to work hard.

      Cons

      Some people like to compare everything to the "old way" of doing things, which often gets in the way of moving forward. This should go away as more retire and additional new hires come on board.
