      2 cases of beer/month good benefits package

      Cons

      no upward mobility anymore, no more raises, working 60 hours a week on a salary, no sales incentives or bonuses, not a positive place to be- everyone is looking elsewhere right now.

      Pros

      Working for the Anheuser Busch prior to the "merger" with Inbev was mentally rewarding and adequately fulfilling. We were truly a company of owners and we did not need banners to convince ourselves so.

      Cons

      Since the merger with Inbev, there has been a lack of leadership and clear company direction as far as strategic objectives are concerned.
