      Pros

      -Benefits are excellent, good pay, good 401k match -Hire hardworking, motivated individuals -Great diversity in what you do daily -Safe work environment considering manufacturing (Beer is Safe!) -Recession proof business -Plenty of opportunities to move up and grow (If you are willing to put in the time)

      Cons

      -Worklife balance is poor when working within the breweries (24/7 operation with weekends - part of where the good pay comes from) -Supply is where you get the the least support -Focus on numbers and results that are not accurately reflecting performance and moral -High burnout rate due to the work life balance (Which is what provides plenty of opportunities)

      Pros

      This company will help you to work on your personal development goals and support in every ways to excel in your career. Basically, you get paid for your job at the same time keep upskilling for future roles. Here, you will have a process to follow to achieve them. Live by the company culture dreaming big, being bold are some of the examples. This is a place where people are valued the most and leadership support in every way to help their people to achieve the results. People with all diverse background are welcomed. Additionally, you have great well being leave policy, mental health counselors/support groups and coaches from better up to help employees achieve great result.

      Cons

      Change is the only constant here and you cant get comfortable doing the same job. Hence, need to be prepared to face challenges in the roles. This is a very dynamic company.
