Pros

Great place to start your career. Company is ideal for honing or gaining management skills that you certainly do not hear or get in college.

Cons

The quality of life is not ideal for a parent with young kids. You must make yourself available to work twice a month on weekends. Benefits are not as great as they used to be but I assume they are compatible with other industries.

Pros

Free beer, great people, lots of opportunities to be involved in the community, opportunities to work in a lot of different areas.

Cons

The company no longer exists as is. They were bought out by InBev and now the place is completely different.
