Pros

It is a fun environment and people were happy working for Anheuser-Busch. I had worked in the Accounting department at Sea World San Diego so I got to see a lot of how the business is run on a daily basis. The management team was fairly accessible and they were very knowledgeable with this aspect of the business. The hours were flexible and you can really decide on when you want to start your day. As an employee they have a really nice cafeteria that has decent prices and good food. You get employee tickets and other discounts. Nice park as well.

Cons

Working at Sea World isn't always the most respected if you were out and someone asked what/where you work. Most people think right off the bat you probably train animals or clean up after them when they hear Sea World. The pay is so-so, but if you are a college student this can be decent money for a summer and something to put on a resume. I can't generalize on the pay, but in the accounting department it was respectable for not having a college degree (at that time I was still in school and this was for a summer period).

Pros

Prior to the merger with InBev, Anheuser-Busch was a great place to work. It provided excellent benefits and compensation. Training was offered to help advance your career. Employees took pride in the heritage of the company and it's high-quality products. The company always kept focused on the impacts to the communities and the environment in which they worked. Employees were proud to say they worked for Anheuser-Busch.

Cons

The old Anheuser-Busch was a highly political organization. It was often "who you knew" versus "what you knew" when promotions were decided. There was a fear of speaking your mind if it went against what management was saying or believing. The company was risk-aversive and did not allow folks to make mistakes.
