Pros

The pay was good and the experience you get is enough. You obtain a good amount of training in order to get another job.

Cons

There needs to be a clear sense of direction within management. The hourly workforce look down upon your job and the way you are treated by management.

Pros

I was an IT contractor for over a year doing desktop support. I met a lot of interesting people and the office atmosphere always felt much more comfortable and casual than some of the other businesses that I've worked for in the past. The management was always supportive and they seemed to have clear objectives and goals for the company.

Cons

Any IT employee that works remotely has to be a contractor. It's an HR policy. I don't know if this policy has changed since the InBev buyout. I eventually left, because I needed to advance my career and I no longer wanted to be a contractor. I definitely miss working there.
