      Full year bonus determined by voodoo math. Left in early 14, and AB chose not to award a portion of my bonus that was achieved. House of cards. It will soon fall.

      Terrible management strangles you, dont work there

      fairly competitive pay, free beer

      Cons

      Culture of aggression, being told what to do, top down, management is terrible and only cares about profits and making goals. Nobody will ever ask you how you're doing.

      Pay, pay, and oh yeah did I mention pay. Also a good secure company to work for.

      Cons

      Having no life on weekends, no guarentee that you will get shifts on the weekends, and takes a long time to get full time and if you do get full time be prepared to work night shift alot
