Nobody speaks to the quality of the beer or what makes the beer special just "it sells well in x market" They will block you from moving within the company for 1 to 2 years and you will get reprimanded if you dare ask for their approval to do so. If you are in your early 20s and looking for a job with little to no oversight this is it but be prepared to be driven into the ground by unrealistic expectations and trying to get the same 80 accounts to buy the same 5 brands every month. If you have beer experience over 3 years do not take this job unless you are just looking for a paycheck. The soullessness of big beer is real and once you look beyond somewhat flashy marketing campaigns there is little to grasp on to.
