Steady employment, great medical benefits, generous vacation allowance.

Cons

Terrible marketing decisions being made at the corporate level. Do not respect advice from the workforce. Extremely limited advancement opportunities. High managerial turnover rate. Forced overtime can be tough on work life balance.
