Great Job, Safe place to work, and secure industry

Pros

Just like the title says, this industry is really safe. Corona virus didn't slow us down, recessions don't slow us down, misguided public figures had the most impact and everyone is still making over 6 figures a year and thats not even taking into consideration the plethora of benefits.

Cons

Even if you don't need the over time you will end up working alot of overtime. The management tends to be really young, working there it feels like the company forgets what its mission really is
