Grossly Underpaid while Overworked

Free beer, 8.5% 401k match, great health insurance

Cons

Terrible vacation package, huge company turnover, toxic work environment, people will actively try to screw you over or take credit for your work to get ahead with leadership, leadership has 0% backbone and make lower ranking individuals take the fall for decisions they make that negatively impact other parts of business. Overall, a horrible place to work and I was so miserable my entire time there.
