Thank you for sharing your experience as a former employee of Anheuser-Busch. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the benefits offered during your time with us. We strive to provide comprehensive benefits that support the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. We understand that a remote role with travel to Mexico may have presented unique challenges and opportunities. While remote work offers flexibility, we recognize that travel requirements can sometimes be demanding. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us evaluate and improve the support we provide to our remote employees and those who travel frequently. We appreciate your contributions and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

There is a fun atmosphere, and the job is not very hard. It has its unique perks like beer tickets and a free shift beer.

Cons

The communication, especially from team leads, is AWFUL. Your schedule will be released late (it is released on a week-to-week basis), and you are not guaranteed a high amount of hours (contrary to what was said in the interview). The training is very freeform which leads to certain parts being missed unless you can corner your training manager to actually get it accomplished. The pay is relatively low, but fair.

The people you work with are some of the the best in the industry. Brand portfolio is extensive. Work hard, play hard

Cons

Ownership culture tends to mean long hours and everything being a priority. Must be in the right headspace to not burnout.
