Pros

Good pay and benefits. Free beer.

Cons

Very toxic work environment before and after InBev. Not worth the money. Employees and management can be mean, surly, back-biting, ruthless and homophobic. The only reason people stay is for the money, but a lot are miserable. You see these senior managers post glowing reviews, and it's not true.

Pros

two free cases of beer per month, fun learning environment, tasting experience not relegated to brewmasters or certain managers, global opportunities, engineers and scientists have interesting roles

Cons

male dominated, very few underrepresented minorities in upper management, some favoritism (maybe unlike any other company in that way), 24/7 and 365 shifts and monitoring needed (as with any biological process)
