Pros
Opportunity to make a lot of money and to be able to live very comfortably, especially for someone coming right out of college. Wealth of work means that there's always more to learn and always opportunities to be had if you're willing to put in the time and effort to make it happen.
Cons
Culture is constantly looking forward. For every item knocked down, there are 30 more in its place and expectations to have them all done. Disconnect between local priorities and corporate priorities can oftentimes put employee in the middle.
