      The years prior to the takeover by Inbev were marked by a sense of pride and enthusiasm. Now the team is non existent.

      Pros

      Prior to the Inbev takeover , the best reason to work at AB would be its commitment to being world class in all of its operations. Its desire to be number 1 and its talented team of workers.

      Cons

      Now it is a world class company in decline. The senior management will hopefully wake up and realise that they bought a company that was number 1 for a reason. They removed all those reasons. Thousands of employees!!

      Pros

      good benefits for now, pay is good. Work load and hours are fair. Training is decent, although it was better.

      Cons

      Company is focused more on cost savings now than quality. Safety is not as much of a concern as it once was. Management is poor.
