company was just so big any time they were announcing new initiatives there are so many levels of people that by the time it trickles down to you nothing is followed through on. and position was SO new responsibilities weren't flushed out enough to keep me busy. TLDR, I was bored.

Corporate level - super intelligent and personable coworkers; great benefits; good compensation; lots of challenging tasks and opportunities.

Cons

Very intense and duties / opportunities are infinitely stacked. Headcount reduction is a constant cost cutting measure that results in everyone being stretched too thin at all times. Can be a rat race of target chasing.
