      Pros

      The beer industry in general is a lot of fun to work in. AB does have pretty good medical benefits and you have the chance to work on really cool events.

      Cons

      The entire company is built on micro management. Be prepared to do surveys multiple times a day just to track your every move, even at a management level. Make sure your base salary is enough to live off of because you will never make your bonus pay even if you hit all your KPIs. They use a new algorithm every year to decide bonus payouts and typically you will only receive 25% of your bonus payout even if you hit 100% of your KPIs.
