Pros

Benefits are decent, like up to 8% 401k match, good pto

Cons

Zero job security, toxic work environment. Constantly laying employees off. This company treats people as "warm bodies". After many years working for them I can confidently affirm that they are absolutely horrible to work for. I've gotten numerous illness due to the stress caused by working for them. If you are not a "yes-man" or extremely political in your work ethics then you will not succeed in this corporation. Laid off employees have to sign a non disclosure agreement in order to receive their pathetic severance pay (which is usually only a month's pay). In short, most people cannot speak badly of their experience with this company because they signed a document that prevents them from doing so. I will not even touch on the lack of diversity and how a lot of the diversity talk within the company is only a pony show. They want the pink dollar but don't want to embrace the cause. If you are a skilled professional run away as fast as you can! It's way better to work for a startup or smaller company that will treat you like a human being, not a "warm body".
