      Good pay, but with some concerns

      Pros

      Good pay, great 401k match, plenty of PTO, strong product lineup

      Cons

      Constant fear of layoffs, very few promotional opportunities, there’s always a feeling that upper management is withholding information or just not telling you the whole truth. 401k match does not fully vest until 3 years with the company.

      people you work with are great, decent benefits, cool perks like tickets to sports games, concerts (if available)

      Cons

      very negative environment that is built on stress and tearing people down. ZERO work life balance and never recognition from management for working on weekends/late nights. management often texts/calls during evening & weekend questioning things in accounts. constant company structure changes/reorgs that don't make long-term sense. people with not enough experience being promoted for roles they are not qualified for
