      Has turned into a company who is trying to burn and turn employees especially ones who have commited their life to the brand. No relationship or connection with wholesalers

      Work hard, play hard

      Pros

      Great teams to work with, great camaraderie with co-workers. Potential to move up the ranks very quickly, just need to be in the right spot at the right time 401k match is really nice. PTO increase at a quick rate for a manufacturing company, also will sometime have options to buy between 5-10 vacation days which really helps.

      Cons

      Salary employees are promoted from base entry level roles pretty quickly which tends to leave a bad taste in the mouths of the operators on the floor, the operators get used to one manager over the course of a year and then they’re gone. There is always a lot of work to be done and not enough time in the day,
