Pros

Work-life balance, access to upper management, benefits

Cons

Under-compensated and under-utilized; AB hires top talent under the prospect that they will excel in areas they are passionate about, when in hindsight, it is a tactic to retain top talent in positions and areas where they will be under-utilized and will not use their core strengths. AB's training programs change constantly, and oftentimes during the programs; trust and loyalty are lost as a result.
