      Free Beer, No time to drink it

      Free beer, cheap healthcare, 8.5% 401k match

      Cons

      Bonus is not guaranteed and often does not hit. Staffing is run very lean and working past 7 is a regular occurrence. Diversity is not valued across all business groups (some teams put in real effort but not all)
