Pros
It's an easy job in the sense that you can place people in positions with little to no experience. That being said, it's almost like a con at the same time because you could be setting people up to fail without realizing it.
Cons
It's a very toxic environment, they micromanage the crap out of you, and have very unrealistic expectations with their metrics. It's not a great place to work at if you're really trying to build a strong brand in the space that you're recruiting in. I think it comes down to the culture ultimately. It's a very small company and the only people that hang around are the ones that are tight with management. It's kind of a revolving door.
