Pros

Many of the people were good, decent, hardworking people. The company was generous in many ways. Good health care, onsite perks like free lunch, and a generous time-off policy.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were a lot of toxic people too with big egos, a lack of experience, and nowhere to grow.
