- Fully Remote - Good Salary & Benefits - The young US-based team are mostly smart and capable

Cons

- Zero onboarding or training for new hires - Zero direction, success roadmap, or KPIs for success - Marketing org is a dictatorship run by an extremely difficult, demeaning, toxic, emotionless, self-serving exec - Half the workforce is overseas VAs, making for a weird cross-functional dynamic - Basically a bait-and-switch, I was hired to run a specific function but had my hands tied behind my back from the jump, was continuously second questioned, doubted, and disempowered until finally being 'terminated' out of the blue without any warning or severance.

The owner of this company is the most toxic human being I have ever come across in my entire career. management under him are afraid to speak up or say anything for fear of getting fired and therefore are complacent in spreading his abuse to the employees below them.
