Pros
1. Learning : You may get to learn new things if you are beginner.
Cons
1. Toxic : There is no security. The CEO is moody and will ask you to leave the company impulsively. Though rules allow planned and unplanned leave, the moment you apply for it the HR and CEO will threaten you with termination and might even terminate you. 2. Salary : Extremely poor salary with no growth prospects. 3. Infrastructure : The office is in shambles with water dripping from ceiling during monsoon. 4. Exploitation : The CEO and Seniors will ask you to work overtime on a regular basis without any compensation for it and if you deny for personal reason then again they might terminate you. 5. 6 days working : No rest on Saturday. It's a full working day. 6. Micromanaging : There is constant micromanagement. Do not talk, Do not do this...Do not do that etc etc. The HR will obliterate you if you do anything , no matter how small, by mistake. For example you are late by 5 mins ...they will question it but they themselves won't follow any rule. They come late and leave early , take half days without consequence . 7. If you resign or plan to resign after joining they will hassle you by delaying your salary, experience letter and other documents. They will just make you suffer without any reason citing rules (made up instantly in name of company policy). P.S : All these things have been witnessed by me on multiple occasions.
