      No office politics No dresscode

      Cons

      1. one man business not any company 2. No job security, anytime you may be fired. 3. Low salary 10-12k 4. No any female employee. 5. No any perk and benefits 6. No any structured way 7. No any corporate experience 8. It's ok for skilled person, but time wasting after completing engineering. 9. Deduction in salary after dimag of laptop or property. 10. Useless experience as you can never get experience in particular technology.

      Pros

      There's no pros in this company except the work load and pressure they give you. Sometime the pressure is good but they don't care you're living or dying just get their work done

      Cons

      1. No PPO 2. They have listed the company of size 50 - 100 but they don't even have 5 employees working for them , each 6 months they hire free interns make them work like a donkey and they kick them out of slack by saying you're not good enough 3. They only hire you for interns first because after that it's easier for them to complete their work and also not to pay you anything 4. there's no perk, you have to work on sunday sometimes 5. they'll give you too many false hopes that you'll get butterflies after hearing this but trust me the CEO is very "chindi" 6. 10 years of this company and the company not even have a professional landing page for himself, by this you can judge what kind of company is this
