Pros
TL's are supportive and helpful. I was in expedia process and people are there only because of the support from the TL's otherwise in terms of growth there is none.
Cons
No growth in this company, The Appraisal also sucks and the most inconvenient part is that they always find a way to reduce your incentives in the name of process.
