      Really stressful and demanding remote job for a very low paycheck. They demand a great English (C1 or plus) also.

      Pros

      PTO, however, they will give more importance to their USA team in terms of vacations.

      Cons

      -they sell you the work and salary as it will be a "very relaxing remote job" where you will be assisting in easy tasks. But in fact they are understaffed and really use the under pressure most of the time. Terrible salary without opportunity of moving up. No Christmas bonuses and non Christmas party or benefits for the Costarican workers. They will fire you due to "company restructuring" and without explanation.
