Nice Christmas party but doesn't make up for the bad

All of management is lazy except for 1 lady in assembly. They sit around and point fingers for everyone else to do everything while they do nothing. The people that actually do the work get absolutely no respect from Management unless you suck up to them. IF you do suck up then you will move up to the top. There's constantly new rules being made your expected to follow while they sit there and break them. Takes years to add up vacation time Benefits are terrible They have what they call a "bullseye" pay. If you do work up to there standards (which there's always some kind of reason they say you don't) they take up to $2 an hour out of your pay I would not recommend working here but if by some chance you feel the need to, you better get your money when you go in the door cause you WILL NOT get a raise
