Pros

Moved to full-time remote after 2020.

Cons

Offered unlimited PTO but made it difficult to take time off when desired, blackout dates during holidays. Many inconsistencies across teams and working in silos due to lacking consistent and cohesive top level leadership. CEO changed about 3 times within 5 years.

Experience in SaaS, channel partner, and marketing operations.

Cons

I spent nearly a decade at Ansira, and the environment wears you down fast. Management focuses on themselves, not their teams. Reviews and “flex PTO” are meaningless—salary bumps are 1–2%, and you’re limited on time off. Program managers work weekends with no overtime, drowning in an insane volume of work. In no time, you feel stuck, frustrated, and like your only option is to resign.
