Behind the curve

Pros

Great people!! No barriers between top level execs and entry level people. Family feel!

Cons

Leaders at the helm struggle to keep up to date with technology which makes it hard to compete. Due to wear and tear, SOME people seem to have this " wait to fail" mentality and it is sometimes hard to get other departments to jump in and give it their best for projects and problem solving. Feeling defeated.

Pros

there is no pros here

Cons

the absolute worst company i've ever worked for, no pto, no sick time, you don't get paid holidays and when there is a holiday and they are closed you are required to make up your time from that missed day, no bereavement a close friend of mine passed and I had to miss work to attend the funeral and it counted as an "occurence" against me, I've had the flu and covid while working here and since you don't get sick time I get "occurences" against me, they couldn't care less about their employees, they pay you terribly, save yourself the headache and do not work here

Pros

At one point a lot of cool people worked there and it was a casual atmosphere. Lots of turnover has led to bad hires and crappy culture.

Cons

Raises are non existent, even after years of hard work. They make promises, but you’ll never see a dime. The ones to succeed the most as the CEO suck ups. Lots of hired ex cons work in the call centers. There is a history of sexual predators who have worked there and a lot of sexism.
