Pros

Flexibility and friendliness Work-life balance Easy to understand the work Great Management Cooperative Managers Growth and career opportunities for everyone

Cons

Leads are available then you're good! Fewer breaks and that's unpaid. Sometimes's a large number of calls throughout the day. Busy Mondays! CRM's outdated.

Pros

It is a stepping stone to gain experience and move to a better structured company. It accommodates your work timings.

Cons

Extremely unorganized. Managers need experience in order to run the business. Employees need motivation and have to be held accountable for their mistakes.

Horrible to work for

Pros

At first glance, I’d say working remotely but not really.

Cons

Horrible to work for when your dealing with idiot managers and Supervisors. Said because there is a huge lack of communication misinformation giving between different managers and Supervisors. Which they are to blame; lack of training then reprimand for what they didn’t teach, or where you were told something different. You and severally other were placed in a specific group to do certain things. But either the other managers are horrible or our leads aren’t indulging full information. However even stated by them to make something known in group. Well that supervisor will announce that group to do their roles. Yet hire ups are idiots wondering why your not in a call when we’re doing as requested. In an emergency sending messages they go unanswered they get back to you late with a reprimand why you didn’t contact someone. I did and if the computer is down how else do I tell that. Your own leads won’t back their team and it’s pass the buck blame game. No wonder it is a huge turnover everyone even supervisors Are quitting or getting fired. Horrible

Harsh truth

Pros

To be honest nothing at all. Actually the owner is a pretty cool guy quite the character.

Cons

Low compensation as a team lead. The non existant work culture. The supervisors and managers are very unprofessional and always talk behind eachothers back and like to belittle you in front of your whole team. I am a strong believer that a team is as strong as their leader.

Pros

None at all. Terrible company.

Cons

The most disorganized company I have ever worked for. They barely train you but if you make a mistake, they vilify you. Some mangers were good, some were awful. Waited weeks for work. Checked in every day to see when work was available, and the managers always said work will be available next week, and it never wasn’t. They kept lying to me until out of the blue, they fired me. They completely wasted my time and they will use you and dump you when they are finished with you. I feel sorry for any client that wants to work with Answernet. This company is no good

Pros

please do not work here

Cons

I do not know where to begin this is honestly one of the worst jobs that I ever worked for. you will not have a life outside of this job and it's not even worth the pay. it is extremely high call volume and if you try to take a break the general manager will get mad and tell you how terrible of a job you are doing
