Best WFH policy, love it. Allows employees to maintain work-life balance. Moderate work pressures at times but mostly manageable. Management encourages employees to take on-field decisions. Good opportunities to learn new technologies and understand techno-commercial aspects. Very good adjacent benefits on top of salary

Cons

Slow & steady growth in terms of salary but can be made better.
