      Legacy applications - not up to market trends, low career growth Toxic management, everything tied to manager. Hard to get promoted- only points your mistakes or wrong doings No appreciation for work Low salary

      Can’t say I’ve had another job or company do so well when it comes to building teams comprised of individuals with diverse yet compatible skill sets, backgrounds, etc.

      Develops tech that really does advance humanity

      Cons

      Company culture is old fashion not like Silicon Valley tech. Pay is low for tech.. Lots of inconsistencies with internal data.
