      Chill culture but not technically challenged

      - Very chill and helpful boss - Project is simple - Great work life balance

      Cons

      - Lot of internal politics to get any work done, you have to discuss with multiple stakeholders who mostly have no vision - Technically I felt not very challenged most of the team liked their comfort zone

      The environment at Ansys is very collaborative and communicative! There is ample time off given, and the company really values work-life balance.

      Cons

      There really aren't many cons to working with Ansys. The experience can vary though depending on which division of Ansys you are a part of.
