Pros

Company with good reputation, knowledgeable colleagues, good salary, a visionary executive management.

Cons

FBU testing management, their dictatorship, their self interest and nepotism are what makes this work environment polluted. Project assignments, performance assessments, appropriations are all controlled and predefined by just one or two people.
