      Pros

      Constant innovation and growth from within and through acquisition leads to great project opportunities and career growth. Innovation in so many areas and employees enjoy learning about the interesting work all over the company and exciting applications of Ansys software by Ansys customers and partners. For the physics and tech-lover it's an exciting place to work. There is a very positive collaboration mentality through shared vision and strong relationships among team members and across teams.

      Cons

      There is uncertainty surrounding the upcoming acquisition but the promise of new opportunities as well.

      Good company, getting worse for compensation

      Pros

      Fair pay, interesting work, growth opportunities are good.

      Cons

      Total comp decreased last year with change to the over achievement commission percentages. Top sellers can make more (3 million over quota) but if you are less than 1 million over you make less than before. It’s also become unclear how to get promoted
