      Pros

      Recognizes employees for achievements Good pay, nice bonuses and rewards Flexible choices for work environment, supports choices for work/life balance Encourages and pays for training Mostly smart, friendly, inclusive people Offers multiple paths depending on your desired focus in your career

      Cons

      The more you do, the more they want you to do (highly stressful) If you don't learn to say no, they will suck the life out of you Some tools and processes are behind the times Typical issues with "silos" Constantly changing business priorities/decisions No global doc leadership, no content management system, no editor on staff, inconsistent tools and processes A lot of inconsistency in delivered content Failures are not openly discussed, so no learning opportunity there

      Pros

      Can work on a big, performance-oriented, well-structured C++/Python codebase. Highly promotes learning and trying new stuff that can improve the product or company. Have avenues like RD Talks, where developers share a new algorithm or a cool implementation they did, which is pretty motivating. I had a great group of colleagues and have fond memories with them.

      Cons

      The development pipeline used to be subpar but it had improved greatly from when I joined to left.
