      Very dynamic company with the ability to define your work and carry out your ideas. Very supportive work culture with absence of hierarchical slow down.

      Cons

      Focused on simulation engineering and as a result would be of interest to more broad based engineering enthusiast rather than someone who wanted to design just one thing and would want to do experimental stuff as well.
