      Pros

      The AR program is a foot in the door to work at Ansys. It gives you the opportunity to learn from an amazing group of leaders within the organization and to grow your skills as an account manager. Ansys has a large portfolio of tools, and the AR program provides training and resources to learn them.

      There are no cons for this role or company. Truly a great organization to work for.
